SHIPPING POLICY

Live animals are shipped via FedEx overnight priority shipping: $35 - $75, depending on your area of the country.

Live animals are shipped MONDAY - WEDNESDAY only, weather permitting, and will be shipped the next available shipping day after your order is placed. Weather permitting means: overnight temps must be well above freezing, during fall and winter months, and below 90°F during summer months. Please contact us to make other arrangements as needed. 

Live animal shipments will be held at your FedEx hub for pick up. ID is required for pick up.

We ship to Puerto Rico via Delta Dash: minimum shipping charge of $250, which includes FL required health certificate. Please contact us to make arrangements.
